Sign in to Octarca
Open the sign-in action, understand the account system, and handle sign-in failures.
Open Octarca and choose the sign-in action. The desktop app uses the same account system as the web surface, so the account controls plan, credits, and model access.
If sign-in does not complete, try signing in from the web page first, then return to the app. On shared computers, confirm you are using the intended account before creating or opening projects.

Account system
Your Octarca account connects the web surface and desktop app. It controls identity, plan status, credits, and model access.
Use the account or profile area to confirm which user is signed in. If the visible account is not the one you expected, sign out before opening sensitive local projects or making AI requests.
Sign in fails
Try signing in on the web surface first to confirm the account works. Then return to the desktop app and sign in again.
If you use multiple accounts, make sure the browser and app are not completing login with the wrong identity. On shared computers, confirm you are using the intended account.
